Limits to know
- Emoji and some Urdu/Arabic letters may count differently on each platform.
- SMS limits shown are for plain English text; Urdu SMS parts are shorter (70 characters).

Do spaces count as characters?
Most platforms count spaces. Both totals are shown so you can use whichever your form needs.
Why does an emoji count as more than one?
Some platforms count emoji by their underlying code units. This counter counts each visible symbol as one where possible.
